David qualified as a Building Surveyor in 1994 through the University  College of Estate Management, Reading, UK. Previous to this, he attended Athlone and Dundalk ITs.

Before setting up his own practice, David previously worked with Lisney (Building Surveying Department), Irish Estates Management Ltd and David Duignan, Architect. These positions gave David an all-round knowledge of retail, commercial, industrial and residential works.

Our goal is simple- to provide a personal and professional service to our clients. We can offer advice on a myriad of building related matters, whilst keeping the client informed throughout the process. We use layman’s terms where possible so our clients can fully be a part of the process.
